Sound at 2% very loud!

Hello, I have windows 7 Ultimate 64bit and my sound is at 2% and I cannot go about it or it blasts my ears. I use the Gamescom Planttronics 780 head set. It is USB and plugged into teh front of my antec 900 case. Any suggestions besides updating drivers (they are all updated) This issue has persisted for many months now please help :(

Using realtec HD Audio Manager
MOBO is MSI p67a gd65 (B3)

You can change the individual playback device's volumes by right clicking the speaker in windows -> playback devices -> right click on the USB headset -> properties -> levels

If i drag the sound bar up it gets way to loud and its the the windows volume on the computer. I hovered my mouse over the volume button on the bottom right at it says Speakers USB 2% so i think it is using the headset (Plantroniscds 780) and not the real tec HD. But it if i chang my headset volume on the headset it self it is the same thing very lound at 2% volume.
