Hi, I am new here and i have a question about power supply.

My PC specs is as below:

1. Intel i7 3960X
2. Nvidia quadro 6000
3. Mobo - ASUS RAMPAGE IV
4. Corsair vengeance 1866 32GB ram
5. Asus ODD Internal SATA DVD-RW
6. 2 Samsung 840EVO 500GB
7. Creative SB0880 Sound Blaster & D-Link Wireless N 300 Dual Band PCIe Desktop Adapter
8. LAMPTRON FC-6 Multi Color Fan Controller 20W Per Channel
9. liquid cooling system

I put a SilverStone Power Supply Strider Gold Evolution 850W, is it enough?
Because my pc suddenly turn off and restart itself quite often. Is it power supply problem?

Solution
850w is more than enough, when you restart is it a BSoD? or just random restart? have you tried monitoring your temperatures?
Do you have another PSU to test?

Did you get a 32GB kit of RAM or 2 16GB kits? Some kits don't play nice with each other even if it is the same brand and model. Might be worth looking into, sometimes looser timings can solve issues.

Power requirements are mostly gated by the graphics card. In this case, your quadro needs a 6 and a 8 pin connector. That can be satisfied by a good 600w psu. I think you are good on the psu.

If you have overclocked your CPU too high, that could be the problem.
Or.. if you liquid cooling is not working well, temperatures could rise, causing the pc to shut down.

It might be worthwhile to run memtest86+ to verify that the ram is ok.
Sometimes 4 sticks of ram requires a touch more voltage to be stable.
