Hi, I purchased the HFX fanless case that supports 5x SATA drives. I seem not to be able to find microATX board that would support:

5x - 6x SATA III
1GB LAN

Bonus: Ideally low power consumption

Any suggestions please?

Here is mini-ITX motherboard with 6 SATA-6Gbp/s ports.

It's capable with RAID. 0, 1, 5, 10.

Most 6 port boards have 4 ports availible to raid controller and then 2 additional ones on a different controller.

If you only need to put 4 drives in raid 5 then there is a large amount of options for you.

The only matx board i found with 6 ports on the same controller is the asus maximus http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/MAXIMUS_VI_GENE/specifications/

Now as Calvin pointed out, your case is for an mITX, I serriously doubt I can find a mITX board with 8 sata ports.
