Hi!
I'm having an issue with my computer that i'd like help with. For some reason I'm experiencing sudden frame drops when the game is loading or when I turn the camera in-game..
Specs:
OS: Win7 ultimate
Mobo: Asus Z87-A (latest BIOS)
CPU: i5 4670k @ 4.2GHz
GPUs: GTX 780 SLI (latest drivers)
RAM: 8GB 1600Ghz
PSU: Corsair 1000w 80+ gold
SSD1: OS (not full)
SSD2: games (not full)
HHD: random stuff
Max temp GPUs: 76c (usually around 60 - 70c)
Max temp CPU: 60c
example:

This is when i run unigine heaven, it feels like it's having issues loading textures.
(lowest settings used)

another example when I play ArcheAge.
I have tried Watch Dogs and when I drive around I drop from 60-70 fps down to 45 from time to time for about 1-2 sec, like it's having issues loading.
High performance is on
Core parking disabled
I have tried:
running both GTX 780s alone but the problem persists.
Windows Memory Diagnostic tool, no errors.
Formatting several times.
Furmark (no crash or artifacts)
Intel burntest (no BSOD)
Any help is appreciated.
