I've not used them personally but I've not heard very good things about Razer products. Their mice seem to be good but not their keyboards.

I recommend that you get a mechanical keyboard instead since the response time is much better. If you're not playing competitive multiplayer games then it won't be an issue. If you would like a mechanical keyboard I'd definitely suggest the Corsair Vengeance K70 as well as the M65 mouse. For FPS gaming that is a killer combination.

The build that you've listed is tight although I would suggest getting at least an 80+ Gold certified PSU since they are made using better quality components.

If you like the look of that Cooler Master Storm Enforcer then stick with it but if you'd like to save some cash then I'd suggest something from the Corsair Carbide Series. Probably the 200R or 300R.

If you don't plan on over-clocking you CPU then keep the non-K version of the i5-4670. The K version is more expensive but over-clock-able.

You've not included a CPU cooler. The sock cooler on the i5-4670 isn't very good. Couple that with the fact that Haswell CPUs run quite hot then you'll be hitting some unfavourable temps. The best air-cooler for the money right now is the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo. If you can find somewhere that will ship it to Australia then get one. If you don't want to spend the extra cash on an after-market cooler then, like I said, be wary of higher temperatures.
