I had a desktop build 2 .5 years ago with solid components and it has worked flawlessly until very recently. I keep drivers updated and the OS is Windows 7, 64 bit home addition. I do not over clock
Intel Core i7-2600K Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz water cooled
EVGA GeForce GTX 580 1536MB 384-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express x 2 in SLI
EVGA SuperNova 1000 W G2 Power Supply
ASUS Rampage IV Motherboard (cant remember model at the moment)
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 32GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
The problem is when I go to watch a Netflix video, the machine will shortly afterwards, lock up solid or the screen will lock up and the sound will go into slow motion and no response from computer or keyboard. My son loves to play Counter strike: global offensive and it locks up as well shortly after starting. I have updated to the latest Nvidia driver for the card (335.23), I have found no malware or virus issues and HTML is updated. Where should I begin to try and diagnose the problem and find a solution?

The case i use is a full tower with good air flow due to the number of fans, temperatures have always been very good even around the SLI'd video cards (highest viewed temp was 32 C but if the computer VC are being pushed, I have seen temps in between them as high as 48 C) Tower case is a HAF Coolmaster.
