Termaltake v3 and Gtx760 Windforce

So uhm. I started building my first pc and almost every component is here, ive already built in the gpu, motherboard and the hdd. While building it i got curious and read trough the case manuals of my termaltake v3 black case. It says that the max length of the gpu can only be 263mm, but ive already built in the gtx 760 and it actually fits totaly fine and with enough space. Should i be worried or can i let it in?. What could happen if i leave it like that.

If it fits, leave it.

On the other hand, Storage is for things like HDD, SSD's, Optical drives... so this thread is being moved to Systems.
