My friend got a problem with the new Wolfenstein game, he tried everything he could, re-installing graphics drivers, Direct-X etc.. but the black dashes are still occurring, here are some screenshots:

Note: the dashes do not occur in cutscenes
His PC Specs:
Core i7-920 Quad @ 2.67GHz
Radeon HD 4870
3GB RAM
