I am building a computer for a family's son who needs a computer that can handle Adobe programs flawlessly as a cheap as possible. The parents told me he will mainly be using Photoshop but will be exploring other Adobe programs as well. As of now this is what I got:

On top of that, they were wondering if I could use some of the parts from there six year old computer to lower the cost. The computer they have now is very outdated but the case seems well built. The computer was custom built by a brother in law that has passed away so I don't really know what case it exactly is. Personally I believe it'd be safer to just build an entirely new one. Here are some pictures of the case and parts in the old PC. Would there be anything worth salvaging? I don't think so but I may be wrong.

Please give advice on the build too!

That's nice build and no way a "budget" build. lol. I saw the title and though you were aiming for like a $500 photoshop build.
