Will my pc run Watch Dogs smoothly?

Hi. I just wanted to know if my gaming pc will run it smoothly before I buy the game this weekend.I usually prefer quality than performance.Heres my specs:

I5 3570k
Gigabyte Windorce GTX 770
Geil 8gb 1866 Mhz ram
Phanteks PH- TC14 CS
Asus P8 Z77 M Pro
LG 24 inch 3D Full HD LED
Zalman Z11 Plus Case
Windows 8 64 bit Pro

For the past months I have been playing the latest games maxed out which is Ultra at stock speeds and been getting good fps of above 60 fps.I also want to know if it is necessary to overclock if games become more intense in the future and if so, will my air cooler cool those high temps down? By the way, i never overclocked before. Thanks.

I've heard that AMD GPUs are having issues, but that's not the case here. Hopefully all of those issues will be patched in a week or two.

Oh okay. Hopefully for whoever is running it on and AMD GPU they will be able to run it with better quality soon.

Thanks guys. I never knew there were issues with Watch dogs, all the games I played had no problems with running,especially Direct X issues in some games but my Graphics card is always up to date.

Yeah, most new games have at least some issues, but I'm pretty sure they will get fixed considering how much people might be affected by them (since Watch Dogs is really popular).
