Hello,
I have a Gigabyte GA-880GA-UD3H Rev 2.2 motherboard. I just got an AMD FX 6350, and put it in. It didn't work so I put my old CPU in and tried to update the BIOS. I found a list of supported CPU's and the 6350 is on it, but you need BIOS version FGj (which is Rev 3.1). I couldn't find a way to update to that version, but I could update to the newest Rev 2.2 version (F7 I believe it was). Is there any way for a Rev 2.2 motherboard to get BIOS versions of a higher revision or will I need to get a new motherboard? Thanks for your time and I apologize if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find anything about it.
