Hello,

I am looking into purchasing one of these. I'm currently using a HP ProDesk 400 G1 - Core i5 4570 / 3.2 GHz. It does have a DVI-D port on the back, but am wondering if the on board graphics (Intel HD 4600) is compatible. I've heard different things regarding on board graphics & whether or not they can use this display.

Thank you!

Yes, as long as you have a Dual DVI-D port on your motherboard, the Intel HD 4600 can support 1440p resolutions that you would get with the QNIX QX2710 Evolution II http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BUI44US.

I'm assuming you are not planning to play games on your computer? You won't have the horsepower to do so but you can do general computer work such as surfing the web, streaming video, and office type work.

Hey, Thanks for the response! I am not planning on playing games on this computer. It's my work computer... How do I know if it's a Dual DVI-D? All I know are that the specifications said it had a DVI-D port. Sorry for the rookie questions!
