How to replace ATI Radeon HD 5450 in a All InOne Lenovo c205?

The Radeon HD 5450 is a really low end graphics card, so I was wondering if there was a way to replace it, the problem is that my computer is an All In One Lenovo C205, wich I have been given to undestand, it might be impossible to take it out, I would LOVE to replace with a better one :(

I can't get 100% reliable infos but since it's an AIO it is very likely soldered onto the motherboard (a shot of the motherboard shows solder pads for a GPU and VRAM chips).

Not replaceable.
