At first I want to say sorry for my English.
Well, my problem is: every 20 minutes I have HUGE fps drops whatever I do (playing games, watching videos, just surfing inet). At first I thought that this is happening because of CPU/Memory overload, but then I checked cpu and memory usage/temperatures at that moment and all were fine. GPU temperature were also normal.
PC specs:
Win 7 x64
CPU: i5 4670k @ 4.4 Ghz
Memory: 8gb Corsair Venegance LP 1600
GPU: gtx 560ti
