computer shutoff problem

hey guys, my computer will get lines on the screen, and start to make electric noiseswhen i start games, after about 5 minutes it will just shut off the whole computer, if i feel my NB its super hot, but my heatsink is also attached to my mosfets, so idk which it could be,

Specs:
fx 6300 black edition, not overclocking
7950 oc boost edition 3gb gddr5
8 gb ripjaw Ram
650 w power supply
Mobo 990fxa ud3 rev.4

Do you have dual channeled RAM?
Or just one stick.

It could seem like a PSU issue, but if you see lines across your screen it could be a loose GPU fitting.

it is dual channel RAM, also the lines only occur right before the computer shuts off
