How to flash the Bios

I have a GIGABYTE GA-Q87M-D2H and Intel Core i7-4790
How do I update the Bios from F6 to F7 if I don't have a floppy disk? I thought it could be done be USB.

Will the combination still work and load an OS with F6?

if its a QFlash it can be (click on link on that page for directions).

It may work with the older bios but just some features wont be aval. also make sure you enter bios and verify that the CPU FREQ, Voltage look like they were auto detected right.
