Hi,
I need recommendations on the most efficient Mobo that can handle the i5 4670 and gtx 760 with the lowest price possible. No LSI/crossfire or overclocking capabilities needed.

P.S: I know nothing about mobos so try to be newbie friendly please.

Thanks.

QUALITY should be your prime concern and statistically MSI isn't the best. More specifically, don't buy ANY motherboard unless you can find a site that has at least ten Customer Feedback scores/comments that give you a rough idea of whether it has issues.

Maybe the MSI board recommended is just too new, but I didn't find many customer reviews. Here's one you should read though (CLICK the link under the title): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

With that in mind, I suggest something more like THIS:
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-gah87...

Other:
I read an article that said there's really NO difference between modern network chips and ones like the "Killer NIC" in any way including LAG. The major cause of lag was based on server load and distance to server but not the persons computer.

It USED to be an issue, much like a dedicated sound card could reduce CPU overhead but the article did extensive testing (can't find link) and said that there's really no benefit any more. In some cases there are even PROBLEMS with the way the software handles things.

I believe it is just too new. Also, I didn't recommended the MSI board for Killer NIC, I knew it wasn't that good of a feature so I didn't mention it. Also, if you're that concerned about quality, why doesn't he get the Z87 version of the board
