Looks good but if you dont plan on overclocking you can get the non k 4670 and an H87 motherboard to save a bit of money.

my suggestion :
get cheaper non-OC cpu/mobo
evga gold isnt good enough. its gold rated label doesnt justify its quality

That CPU is practically an i7-4770 with a bit lower clocks, the motherboard is the cheapest ATX board out there, RAM is a lot cheaper than originally, the PSU and the GPU are just better, and the case is cheaper.
