Can it run the latest games well. I am not planning to oc so did not get a CPU cooler. Also, I already have a copy of windows 8.1 at home so don't need to pay for a new operating system.PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/TxjTP6

Solution
my suggestion :
get cheaper non-OC cpu/mobo
evga gold isnt good enough. its gold rated label doesnt justify its quality

you can start from this cheap build

That CPU is practically an i7-4770 with a bit lower clocks, the motherboard is the cheapest ATX board out there, RAM is a lot cheaper than originally, the PSU and the GPU are just better, and the case is cheaper.
