My friend bought a pc today and ir does not work. The problem is is when he turns it on all there is is continuos beeping and no signal on his monitor. What is the problem and how can it be fixed? Thanks in advanced

If he just bought it and it doesn't work, I would probably return it. A prebuilt that doesn't work out of the box defeats the purpose of buying a prebuilt (ease of use, no hassle, etc).
