DVI No Signal

***System***
Case: Corsair 350D
Monitor: Asus VE248H Black 24"
Motherboard: ASUS Gryphon Z87
CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 780Ti
Memory: 4x G.SKILL Sniper 4GB
Power Supply: Corsair HX Serier HX850
Hard Drive 1: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB
Hard Drive 2: Seagate 600 Series 2.5" 240GB SATA III MLC SSD
CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H100i

Issue: I have built a computer with the identical specs yesterday and booted it up with no issues on the first try; although I had some hardware issues that I fixed on this build (rotated the Power Suppy the correct way, put the fans on the H100i correctly). However, when I tried booting the second PC I received the error on the monitor (DVI No Signal).

Troubleshooting: I have tried using DVI and HDMI ports via the motherboard and the dedicated video card (780Ti). I first received a memory error (red light on the motherboard) so I reinstalled the ram and now I have a red light turned on the "Boot_Device_LED". I don't know if this is the problem or not but I am open to suggestions. I have ensured the input is on the correct plug-in via the ASUS monitor "Input" button. I have ensured the CPU was installed correctly.

Any help the community can provide me would be greatly appreciated and if it works I would be willing to buy someone a beer or send $10 to them over paypal. Its just getting really frustrating and I'm looking for a savior before I lose my mind :o .

if you have a memory error maybe you could try some different configurations such as 2 sticks. this thread should help: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/332934-30-doesn-boot-... they solved it in that situation, try following the steps suggested in that thread, if it still doesn't work get back to me

Thanks

Not working, tried using only 2 ram sticks (removing from the 2nd and 4th port) but I did notice something else happening upon powering up.

The system will stay on for a few seconds, cycling through the motherboard systems and when the red light gets to VGA_LED it powers off for a split second then reboots and then the red light stops on Boot_Device_LED.

gah, Normally I would say this is a driver issue but you can't even power it up, this could take a while

As much as I hate to do it, I'm going to take everything apart and try a bench boot using just the motherboard, cpu, cooler, 1 ram stick and the monitor. Will take me a minute to unplug everything.

Update 1: Removed the GPU and all but 1 RAM stick and I am now able to access the BIO menu and boot from USB.
