For the past few hours I have been trying to fix my problem. Programs like Steam and others that require logins will state that their is no internet connection while browsers and Skype will connect without issue. My problems go away when in safe mode. My Norton antivirus is also getting errors and won't work at all; scanning with Malwarebytes does no come up with anything also.
I have tried disabling the firewall, safe mode (which worked), uninstalling programs, and restoring to a previous state before the problem occurred.
I was wondering if you guys know about this problem and if it is a network issue or a virus and how to fix it.
