Aftermarket CPU cooler

I need some help on picking a CPU air cooler for my gaming rig and was wondering if anyone has found a good cooler that will fit with what I have. Would like to stay around the $50 mark.

Yeah the RAM clearance is good for the Ripjaws X series on their site.

I know it's in almost every recommendation, but the CM Hyper 212 EVO has served me well on Haswell

28c-31c idle, and 60c-65c-70c at full load

The 212 is great but the Xigmatek Dark Knight is able to do H100 grade performance without the fuss of installing a water block and it does its business quietly. It is also right in his budget.

The Xigmatek is also very cool and it is a little cheaper because the thermal paste is a little lower quality and the fan that comes with it is pretty loud.

The 212 on the other hand is louder, okay at cooling and is only around 20$ cheaper.

I'd say either the Noctua or the Xigmatek if you want to avoid problems in the future.

My case fans are louder than my EVO, and they're not that loud either.

Sorry, I didn't mean that the 212 is screaming but compared to the Dark Knight and the Noctua it is significantly loud.
