Intel I5-4440 Processor
Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB)
Asus 24x DVD-RW Serial-ATA Internal OEM Optical Drive
WD Blue 1 TB Desktop Hard Drive: 3.5 Inch, 7200 RPM, SATA 6 Gb/s, 64 MB Cache - WD10EZEX
MSI Computer Corp. Video Graphics Card N770 TF 2GD5/OC
Corsair Carbide Series 200R Compact ATX Case
Corsair Builder Series CX 600 Watt ATX/EPS 80 PLUS (CX600)
MSI Z87-G41 PC Mate LGA 1150 Intel Z87 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX High Performance CF Intel Motherboard
This is my current build, but idk if it will work.
Requirements:
My budget for this computer build is under 1000$
Must have
MSI Computer Corp. Video Graphics Card N770 TF 2GD5/OC Graphics.
Questions:
Do i need a Cooler for this build?
Is this build gonna bottleneck?
Will everything work perfect? if not what would i need to change?
Is there enough ram?
Do i need to buy windows 8?

Cooler is option, depends on whether overclocking is something you'll be looking forward to in the future or not. With an 4440, there won't be overclocking unless you plan on upgrading to a k series cpu in the future.
There shouldn't be any major bottlenecks in this build.
Everything looks like it'd work fine.
Ram seems fine.
Buy windows 8 only if you don't have a copy of windows already.

Do you think there would be a bit of bottlenecks?
Like i want a computer to play BF4 on Ultra and crisis 3 on high at 60 frames per second.
Do you thing this would do it?
And with the case would it fit everything?
I am not sure exactly what is overclocking but if it boosts game play and makes it run faster and heat up then i would not.
I mean if i can run Bf4 and crisis 3 on high without overclocking then there would be no point for me to.

I recommend you get this (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...) power supply over the Corsair one. I have it and it powers my GTX 770 great.

That power supply is an absolute steal right now, I just bought it myself. It is made by Seasonic, which is one of the best brands, and it is worth over $60.
This computer above will boot in a matter of seconds with that SSD, if you can live with just 240 GB, it is AWESOME!
You don't need a CPU cooler for this build above. I saved you a lot of money on the motherboard, you don't need Z87.
Hope that helps!

The nVidia recommends 600w or more to run the GTX 770.

Intel CPUs don't use a lot of power, especially without overclocking. The CPU will only use a max of 80W, and the GPU will only use about 250W MAX, plus the hard drive and stuff, I think 550W is plenty. The PSU I recommended is a good one that you can actually take up near it's max.
Video card vendors always shoot way high for power supply recommendations.

Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer ($19.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $928.59
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)
(Generated by PCPartPicker 2014-05-29 10:07 EDT-0400)
The $70 remaining wouldn't pay for Windows, but you could downgrade from an SSD to an HDD or downgrade your MSi GTX 770 and save enough cash in those places to pay for Windows.

I am worried about the Gigabyte GA-H81-D3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard that has 3 USB ports
and the case to not fit because of the 2 USB ports on the case.
Is there any other case that would be good?
Is there a case that can fit the graphics card perfectly and a lot of space left for upgrades?

The $70 remaining wouldn't pay for Windows, but you could downgrade from an SSD to an HDD or downgrade your MSi GTX 770 and save enough cash in those places to pay for Windows.
I am worried about the Gigabyte GA-H81-D3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard that has 3 USB ports
and the case to not fit because of the 2 USB ports on the case.
Is there any other case that would be good?
Is there a case that can fit the graphics card perfectly and a lot of space left for upgrades?
That case and that motherboard will work just fine. It is a huge case.
A case doesn't limit the number of USB ports you can use. A motherboard comes with an I/O shield in the back made for it, so the amount of USB ports on the back is how many you will be able to use.
