I've narrowed it down to a few prospective, but considering these two directly at the moment
i3-3110M(Intel HD 4000) vs A8-5545M(AMD Radeon HD 8150G)
Now in terms of graphic capability alone, with my limited knowledge alone I'd say the AMD would be my best bet(by far?) as I've heard nothing but horrible things about intel's integrated components, especially the 4000(not so much the 4400 & 4600)
I've read a few good things about AMD's integrated units from various sources, noting that they're obviously not wildly capable, but they'd more than likely meet my needs.
What I'm looking to do is play SWTOR at medium settings or higher with 30+ fps, and play skyrim at low-mid settings at 30 or better fps. My budget is between 500-600usd but I'm attempting to save as much money as possible as I'm in a bit of a financial bind the last several months.
I've checked benchmark sites and see that the i3 beats the a8 in most areas, but I'm worried about settling for the 4000 or even 4400 as a result of a small price savings and I suppose a faster processor.
Anyway, any and all opinions are appreciated. I've been learning a lot about this stuff just by asking questions and reading old threads~!
