You need to get a new graphic card to play latest games .Before that you need to upgrade your PC . A couple more Gb of ram and a processor , then you should be doing good with gaming. GT 630 is not a grat graphic card for gaming , list your budget and ill show you a better graphic card
for the time being i dont have the money to get am gaming pc so am trying to use what i have right now all i can do now is upgread my graphics card so what card should i get for a game like ghost recon phantoms at 40-60 FPS.

This should be somewhere less than your budget. This is a configuration to play most of the games at high settings. To play Ghost Recon alone , it is enough if you just buy the ram and any DDR5 1GB or 2GB Graphic card . You don't need to spend more.
