Problem replacing Corsair H100i fans?

I have been trying to replace the fans on the H100i with the aftermarket SP120's and am having a problem installing them. How do I do so? The adapters are different for the fans and the manual does not state how to do so. Could you please give me step by step instructions? I am a first time builder so please try to keep it simple. Thank you.

Yes I realized I had to do that. I'm not sure why they didn't include it in the manual. I saw that the caps were actually off in the picture and took them off myself.

My problem is resolved and you provided the answer to what I did so I'll just say you're the best solution.

Just an FYI: My computer is running perfectly smoother and silent :) Installing drivers at the moment.
