I bought a new rosswell fortress 750 connected it and new geforece 760 and it will not boot windows. I reset most components except cpu to troubleshoot. I now have reinstalled the old psu and graphics card and my computer booted up just fine (I'm on it now).
When the rosswell fortress 750 is in;
All fans are working
graphics card appears to be functioning
monitor displays loading screen (where you could hit f2 or f12 although those wont work)
