Speed not up to par when plugged into router only but directly via modem is fine...

When I plugged my computer into my modem directly via my cable I'm getting the speed at 150mbs like I'm supposed to. But when I plug in my computer into the router via my cable, I'm only getting 50mbs...any idea how I can fix this?

Router:
Belkin F5D7234-4 Wireless Cable/DSL Router

Disable QOS may help if its enabled. QOS prevents one device from using all the speed so that other devices have some to use even if there not using any data at the moment.
