There really isn't such a thing as the Psu bottlenecking the system. However, to actually answer your question, it should run ok. Just keep in mind that the CX600(or the CX(M)) series of Psu's are the worst quality Psu's that ever get recommended here. And that's usually only for extreme budget situations. If you are running a 180 dollar Cpu and 330 dollar Gpu, you should really get a better Psu to begin with. Think Antec HCG, SeaSonic or Xfx branded and you'll do just fine.
