Hi I was installing my mobo in my case and i felt that the heatsink(blue one towards where you plug in cables) was moved a little. I was wondering if this is normal and is doable since the heatsink has springs that hold it down on the mobo? And if it isnt what problems could this cause? thank you.

Agreed. Probably fine.
Once Windows is installed, use "Core Temp" or other program to monitor each CPU core temperature. In particular, that there isn't too much of a difference under full LOAD with Prime95 or similar stressing all cores.

I've moved the CPU coolers on many computers slightly during build and had no issues.
