Random h/w failure reboots?

Hello

My PC which was doing just fine about a month ago is now in a horrible state.

The Problem is it reboots randomly at any time while using. While it mostly occurs during gaming (I play Counter-Strike:Global Offensive), it has occurred many times including the times my dad uses the computer surfing on the internet, or at times within a minute or two after booting up, after it's been unused for hours at a stretch.

Now I'm in a fix as I seem to be unable to find any solutions/identify the problem.

1) My CPU does get heated to a maximum of 71 Degrees Celsius, but overheating shouldn't likely be the problem as it even reboots within a minute or two after booting
2) I've had a massive Frame rate drop in the game CSGO down from my earlier ~150fps to 30-70 fps. It stutters very bad and it's unplayable.

Though, I'm about to assemble a new PC in the coming weeks, I wish to ascertain what the problem is caused by. The only things left to do are re-installing windows or replacing the PSU (which I think is most probably causing the problem). But the PSU (though a cheap brand) is only about a few months old :(

My PC specs:
Intel i3-2100 @3.1GHz
Intel Motherboard DH61WW
Sapphire Radeon HD7750 1GB DDR5
4GB Transcend DDR3 RAM

ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

random restarsts a failing psu sign!. i suggest this psu. its more than enough for your system and can suffice for a later gpu upgrade!
Seasonic ECO 500 500 Watts PSU . if you have a limited budget even this would suffice. Seasonic...
71c for your i3 is an ok temperature under load. try keeping it below 75c though. check if there is any gpu overheating.anything below 80c under load. its ok.(you can check through gpuz) 7750 doenst require additional power so isnt that stressing to most psu. however a true 350w is still recommend. what is your exactly? if its low quality it could easily be the culprit!

It's a low-quality PSU, no doubt.
It's a local brand made here in India itself and it has an Indian name which you most probably haven't heard :p

I've cleaned my Cabinet, including the CPU cooler fan, thoroughly and yes, the GPU temp remains well below 70 (even during load). So, overheating is certainly ruled out.

I'm gonna try and replace this PSU with another and check if the problem still persists. That seems to be the only thing to left to do to try and find the problem.
