I have not been able to update my AMD drivers since 14.4 drivers...

Everytime I have tried to update my drivers since the latest drivers release, my computer restarts and the windows logo will start up, and will just set there for nearly 45mins the longest I waited, and I wide up having to do a system restore to get it back up and running. I've tried uninstalling all drivers and installing 14.4 and the new beta 14.6 with the same issue happening.

HD7950 3gb gddr5
AMD fx 4130 quad core processor 3.80
8gb of ram
windows 7 home premium 64bit operating system

Also, I have a razor keyboard with light up keys not sure if its part of the issue, but usually when restarting my pc my keyboard will light up and down several times upon restarting and then finally remain on once windows begins to load. With the current issue the lights remain off while setting at the windows logo forever.

As I said, I've already tried wiping all other drivers from my pc and then reinstalling, same issue returns.
