how to fix my pc? cpu starts but monitor, mouse & keyboard doesnt work

Solution
Sounds like either your power supply or motherboard are bad. By PC starts, you mean the fans and lights go on?

Check the motherboard for issues, most often bad capacitors cause this, they should be flat and silver, if any are puffy or have black stuff coming out of the tops, need a new motherboard.

If the motherboard looks good, reset the BIOS by unplugging from wall power and removing the CMOS battery on the motherboard for about 15 seconds. Try again.

If you have an add-on video card, that may be bad, and check the video cord and monitor as well to make sure those are good.

Bit hard to say if the keyboard and mouse are working if the monitor is not unless they don't light up, in which case the computer is not actually turning on...
