On newegg.com there are 53 (that isn't a typo) motherboards made by Asus which are LGA1155 (which is what the G2020 is) so your question is far to general to answer without knowing what your usage is, what other parts you do or don't have, and what plans for upgrading you have in the future..Also your chassis/case will make a difference (IE if its Micro ATX that brings down the options)

Honestly it doesn't matter much at all considering your usage (IE no gaming) so i would look for whats on sale when you are ready to buy.

Yes that should work fine as long as your Monitor is VGA connectable and your 4GB RAM is only in 2 modules.
That board give you the option of adding a PCI-Express graphics card down the road if needed, and offers some upgradability otherwise.
Unsure if the price there is reasonable as I'm from the USA.
