Laptop overheating. What am I doing wrong?

Hello this is my first post at tomshardware so if Im in the wrong forum please correct me :) .Okay,my problem here is my laptop is(or I think so)overheating.I just downloaded OpenHardwareMonitor to monitor my temps. After I downloaded it it showed me a CPU temp of over 80 celsius even if I'm not doing anything!Even my GPU I think is overheating.60 celsius and rising. It strange because while I monitor my temps while gaming it is over 95 celsius! It strange though because I've been using this laptop for four years straight and the computer crashed while gaming(except on GTAIV where it crashes when the textures load). So can you recommend something to me?I clean my laptop monthly with a compressed air can.Is my laptop on the edge of its life?Never crashed even while using very intensive games like Men of War(all ultra and 4x AA)BF3(Low Settings) BF2(All high no AA)BFBC2(All high no HBAO no Bloom no AA) and some others I forgot.I'm not really that tech savvy to fix such problem so if you guys can help me with what's wrong it'll surely help!

Laptop name:Lenovo Z470
CPU:Intel Core i5 2430M
GPU:NVIDIA GT540M(Discrete)/Intel HD 3000 Graphics(Integrated)
RAM: 4GB(3.94GB Usable)
OS: Windows 7 Home Basic

Maybe really opening the laptop and cleaning out all the dust. Also reapplying coolingpaste on the cpu/gpu cooler.
A laptop cooler on which it can rest might help as well.
The next programm also gives these high temps?
hwinfo32

I'll try doing the first one tomorrow.I already have a laptop cooler but I guess it not doing its job well. Also I tried hwinfo32 which showed lower temperatures of 55-57 for the gpu however I think the cpu temp is still high 60-80.However it is strange that the laptop does not feel hot even on the underside. When I monitored the temps during play CoH2 I got an cpu temp average of 74 celsius and a gpu temp average of 60 celsius. Is that okay?

Usually laptops overheat so i think that those temps are good for gaming , but try cleaning it first and see how the temps are , my laptop won 20 degress when gaming just by cleaning it with a compressed air can for about 3 mins

This shouldn't be to bad for a laptop.Really opening everyting and cleaning out all dust and maybe even reapplying thermal paste should do the trick.

Thanks for all the help.I just cleaned it today. Not much of dust but re-applying the thermal paste did help!I still crash on GTA 4 though.

I just did and it still crashes.I can play on low though with 20 FPS.It doesn't matter though because I can play The Saboteur which is practically the same except for the place and time.

Well it's wierd because I have a 7 year old laptop and I can play GTA4 with no crashes at low , and it's a entry-level laptop '-'

I can play GTA 4 with the highest settings on Intel HD 3000 but it's practically a slideshow.
