Which would be best to upgrade?

A rather vague question I know, but i'll get to the point. Here's my specs;

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
MOBO: MSI P67A-C43
GPU: Nvidia GTX 670 2gb
CPU: Intel Core i5 2500K 3.30GHz
RAM: G.Skill 8gb ddr3 2133 PC3 17000
PSU: Coolmax ZU-600B 600w

I am thinking of doing a bit of an upgrade in either the cpu or the gpu, but I am not sure which one would be most beneficial. Would getting a GTX 780 be better or getting an i7 2600K? I would also like to note that yes my psu is only 600w but I have very few things consuming power and I don't have anything overclocked.

If those choices don't make much difference than I was thinking of getting a new mobo and cpu, but I would rather avoid that if possible.

That gpu (gtx 780) would make a difference.The gtx 670 doesn't give what you want in games anymore?
The cpu would i also overclock,it's not going the bottleneck in that case and probably will not even when not overclockt.It would help to get heatsinks on the vrm's and there are holes for those,so google if you can find these.
I would also upgrade the psu,but if you think it works fine could you try the upgrades and overclocking with it.

I would prefer to avoid overclocking. I am leaning towards the GTX 780 at the moment, of course I neglected to mention I am an avid gamer and that is pretty much all I do with this system. If there is anything else that someone could add that would make me change my mind I would appreciate it.

I do own an SSD and isn't 8gb @ 2133 enough? If not how much more is needed these days? I own Titanfall and I have tried to play it with the insane settings that says it recommends a video card with at least 3gb. I had some low fps when I tried on that setting to no surprise but I was told that gpu memory doesn't matter as long as you have enough ram, sounded weird to me but is it true and if not I probably will end up buying that 780.
