Will I be able to play every game in ultra settings

I am going to use the following components
Corsair RM750 750 Watts PSU
WD Caviar Blue 1 TB Desktop Internal Hard Drive
Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7950 3GB GDDR5 With Boost 3 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card
Corsair H100i Cooler
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) PC RAM
LG GH22NP20 DVD Burner Internal Optical Drive
Intel 3.5 GHz LGA 1150 4770K i7 Processor
ASRock Z87 Extreme4 Motherboard
Microsoft Windows 8 / 8.1 SL OEM 64 bit
Fractal Design Define R4 Cases, Titanium grey (FD-CA-DEF-R4-TI-W)
Will I be able to play every games at 1080p with ultra settings for atleast 2 years from now.And will everything run correctly and fit in my case I am building my first pc so I need help

Yes.

Most likely they will be playable, whether you get acceptable frame rates to enjoy the experience is another thing... That's not a bad graphics card, however there are better cards out there for the money. How much are you willing to spend?

Yes $usd for gpu itself Iam ready to spend money I just need a good gpu to max out Iam new to toms hardware so I do not know anything about it so its taking too long for me to answer sorry

Ok, well that's a good amount for some serious gaming power. I would either get a GTX780/780TI or an R9 290X, depending on if you prefer Nvidia/ATI.

Personally I would be going with either of the Nvidia cards, because I have had better experiences with driver issues (SLI vs Crossfire) if you expand later on, but it's up to you!
