Nvidia or AMD for gaming?

Alright so I am possibly building a new PC and I got all the parts except the GPU which I am really Tired of thinking which one to get and I am mostly a battlefield gamer.
Which GPU should I choose?
NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750 Ti OR AMD Radeon r7 265?

R7 265, that is easily the better choice. the GTX 750Ti wins in terms of power consumption and efficiency, the R7 265 wins over pure performance. For battlefield 4, the R7 265 will work even better, due to the mantle (AMD) engine in the game.

Alright...I guess I will stay with the R7 265 as my new GPU...Thanks for the help :)!
