So will this psu be enough to run this system comfortably at full load with some overclocking? That's my main and only question.

Solution
The EVGA 650G is not bad but it is a multi rail power supply. So you have to be careful not to overload one of the rails else it fails. It has four 12V rails with each 20amps.
I would prefer the XFX 650 over this. Semi-modular is good as well. You don't really need full modular since you always have to use the 24pin ATX connector.
No, XFX is one of the best power supply to go to. They use Seasonic which arguably is the leading brand in power supplies. You might have been told to not to use XFX gpus . power supply are totally different divisions. But XFX has stepped up their game in gpus in my opinion.
It is corsair CX and CS series that should be avoid. Corsair AX, HX or TX series is actually pretty good. Rest of the series is mediocre.

Fair enough. It's just that I'm tempted to just go with #1 seller in Amazon, 'cause safety in numbers, i guess? Its got very little poor feedback compared to positive. But before I make my decision, what will this psu do that the corsair cannot?

Honorable
Its not about features but about the quality of the components. The cx sell a lot because they are usually $10 less than their competitors and have the corsair name/reputation (note that this reputation for good PSUs was originally obtained by using Seasonic as their OEM, the same OEM that XFX uses exclusively, corsair only has a few units that still use seasonic). The cx series use chinese capacitors that have a higher failure rate compared to the japanese or tiwanese caps which basically means that the psu is more likely to fail when under stress (heavy loads caused by gaming or overclocking typically).

so it's best I go with the XFX 600w psu?
After reading the reviews, i'm not too convinced:

Fair enough. But one last question, what about this psu:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/EVGA-SuperNOVA-NEX650G-Fully-Modular/dp/B00A03LW54/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top
It is fully modular, not too expensive and offers an extra 50watts over the other corsair psu. I don't know what inferior caps are, but I'm hoping this is good because I could really use a fully modular psu
