need help for recording and in game commentary for pc and ps3

i have the following products and need some help to get them configured in the setup for recording and in game commentary. it would be great if someone could guide me through the cables i need to buy and how to connect them to get it running..

1) a decent high end pc to run games
2) a decent mid end pc to stream
3) ps3 slim
3) hauppauge hd pvr2 gaming edition plus
4) yamaha mg124cx analog mixer
5) hdmi switch 4x1
6) hdmi splitter 1x2
7) audio technica at2020 xlr mic

Read their manuals.

I gather you just put the mic, pc and ps3 as Mixer inputs and the pc as the output.

hello, the thing being that ps3 has this component cable that is becoming a problem for me, i am thinking as to how to tackle this issue with connecting it in the switch along with the pc input so that i cud get it on my display.. further the audio cables, if attached to the switch first with a hdmi to component leaves the mixer empty on the input frm ps3.. i hope this is not very confusing..

Google to find an adapter. EBay has heaps.
