Hello,
I've been experiencing difficulty making CCC to work. When I try to start it I get an error message something along the lines "CCC can't start, because there is nothing to configure". It's a well known error so I had plenty possible solutions to try out, but none of them worked.
CCC worked on Windows 7, and I think even (can't remember) Windows 8.0 so the hardware is not to blame.
My card is ATI Radeon HD4850(legacy series by now).
I've tried installing all the different versions of CCC(with or without driver), always removing them with AMDCleanup utility. I think I've tried everything but reinstalling the Windows(which I am dreading).

Windows updated a few days ago, and ATI released beta drivers too, so I would think that it should have been fixed, but it's still broken.
I've also tried system restore, but lack the restore point so that's out the question.

Any ideas?

The drivers did not get installed. I had that issue yesterday because the drivers wasn't getting installed.
However, your gpu isn't fully supported by the drivers though.

And how did you resolve it? Short step by step if possible.

Go into device manager, is there a yellow exclamation point next to the display adapter? If so the drivers arrn't recegnizing your gpu. I'd try using an older driver first.

I just clean drivers and try a reinstallation of the drivers and it worked.
