What's up everyone? I'm a complete noob to pc building so I'm just looking to see if any of you stellar folks can help critique my build. All parts (well most) are in route as I type this so if something better is recommended I'm willing to exchange so don't worry. I'll link my parts...

You need to post the permalink under 'system build'.

Oh ok, I thought you meant on post the permalink to a system build section on this site. I will do so as soon as pcpartpicker comes back online, it's been down since this morning it seems.

So it seems... Post it in a new message to this thread once it starts to work, don't edit the original post. That way I'll know when to come back to the thread :)

I posted the old build, here's the updated one.

Also I should point out I'm not looking to go all out as far as gaming, I'm a casual gamer but wanted to have something that would allow for me to have a great gaming experience as a first timer and be able to browse the web, stream and watch movies etc.

Other than that, you should be able to do pretty much everything you desire with that PC; It's a really good one. Of course I could make it cheaper, but not without taking away some of its features.

Thank you! So everything else looks good to you?
Also, what do you think of the N900 PCI Express Adapter? I have a Netgear R7000 and run 5 ghz connection, so would this work better for me? Or does it even matter?

I don't think it would make much of a difference.

Ok I figured that much..... One more thing, what's the whole thing on liquid cooling? Is that more preference or do some systems actually require it? I don't plan on doing anything heavy with this system, 2-3 hrs tops 3 days a week maybe.

Water cooling really helps if you're running multiple GPUs and overclocking, but otherwise it's just for the bragging rights.
