I am looking for a headset which has a no microphone, or one that can be taken of. It must have a 3.5mm connector (pref both usb and jack) so i can use it on my phone + ipad aswell. It should be 5.1 or 7.1. Price around €100-120.

It must be handy for travelling aswell (no big overlap above the ear like the old siberia had.

Looking forward to your response(s)

Solution
exactly.

headsets have a microphone. thats why they are called headsets. what you are looking for is a pair of headphones.

one 3.5mm jack is stereo only and have one driver for each ear.
threee 3.5mm jacks would be 5.1 on models which have multiple drivers.

in order to get surround on one 3.5mm jack typically you will need a soundcard for your computer running dolby headphone or similar technology which creates "virtual" surround. its faked but no worse than gaming headsets (most of which are using the same virtual technology). thats not really a portable option though and no hardware portable version exists as far as i know.

you could use software on your ipad (and presumably an iphone too?) like this...

first it CANNOT be 5.1 or 7.1 and work with those sources as that requires multipel 3.5mm jacks second most 5.1 or 7.1 headsets either do it poorley thorugh effects or use multiple drivers but as a result do not handle music well that said do you still want a 5.1 or 7.1 headset

as far as having a usb connection for your ipad... if you bought a standard pair of 3.5mm headphones you could use something like this http://www.amazon.com/Portable-Headphone-Amplifier-Booster-Control/dp/B004BOA6SM/ref=sr_1_8?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1401377323&sr=1-8&keywords=fiio+amp which uses the 30pin connector instead. however, it might not work with that virtual surround app.. not sure on that part.

as far as actual recommendations....

perhaps the creative aurvana 53gbp (65eur)
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Creative-51EF0060AA001-Aurvana-Live-Headphones/dp/B000W6Y0JY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1401377818&sr=8-1&keywords=creative+aurvana

the audiotechnica ath-m50s are 81gbp (99eur)
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Audio-Technica-ATH-M50-Professional-Headphones/dp/B00B0FR2QO/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1401377944&sr=8-6&keywords=m50

or the mdr-v6 for 69gbp (85eur)
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Mdr-V6-Lightweight-Stereo-Headphones-Sony/dp/B00001WRSJ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1401378010&sr=8-1&keywords=mdr-v6

but there are more choices out there. i would read some "best headphones under 100" threads which will give you some ideas for what to look up in your own area.

Solution
Get some Beats by Dre!!!

Just kidding; if you want a cheap headset that will do the job (if you are not an audiophile) the Creative Fatal1ty gaming headsets aren't bad at all. Audio Technica ATH-M50s are probably better headsets if you have the budget lol.
