Well you have options like the GA-H77N-WIFI, but it NOT for overclocking. The power delivery system is just average, but for a non overclocked system it would be find. I personally like the layout for cases like the SG05 from SilverStone.
You can get cheaper boards like the GA-B75N, but they offer even less features. because they are mostly for business pc's.
Now getting right to the top of your budget you would have Z77 boards. These will have all the features of larger boards and most have a beefed up power system for some overclocking.
It is best to see what has all the features you want in a board.
I personally still have an H55n board from about 4 years ago and it has served me very well. It was cheap, has minimal overclocking ability(fair basic voltage regulators) but has been very good to me running 24/7 without issues.
