Hmm i dont know i would guess thats the fan but im not sure i hear like an electrical sound too like the sound a transformer makes? idk if thats just the video but it does sound weird all i can say is i have never heard a hard drive make that noise and i have fried a lot of hard drives

Im not sure the fan manufacture might sell replacement bearings if not you will probably have to buy a new one.

Thanks, it was the fans. I opened my PC up and poked all the fans and cleaned the filters. The sound is now much quieter but still there. Thanks
