hello everbody,i am new here and i want to buy graphic card ASUS R9280 Radeon R9 280 DirectCU II TOP but i'm wonder, will work on my computer specs?

It will definately work but before purchasing the card please check your PSU wattage and amperage on the +12v rail(s).
A 500w PSU will do the trick for you.

R9 280 requires 30A on a single +12v rail and 550w. Your psu does not meet that criteria.

As n3cw4rr10r said your PSU does not has enough amperage on +12v rails. So there is a chance of MELTING the wires of your PSU. But surely you can go with a new PSU or downlclock your Graphics Card by 20-30% (especially Core Clock)
But remember downclocking your GPU will seriously hamper gaming/video encoding speeds. I would suggest you to buy a new PSU ASAP with atleast 28-30 Amp and 550-600w. This will also provide you enough room for overclocking.
