I have never bought a pre built pc and i doubt a lot of people on here have. I would suggest building your own its quite easy and that way you know exactly whats in your pc. Watch some youtube videos im telling its not as hard as you think if you have never built one.

I personally have experience with DS. Bought my rig a looooooong time ago, so things may have changed, but when I received my PC, it booted right out of the box. I didn't have to reseat anything. They use an inflatable, moldable foam(?) inside the PC, and ship it in a very large box, in which, the PC is pretty much suspended, "floating" inside of the box. But things happen. Their customer service, as I remember, is great, so if anything is broken, I'm sure it'll just take a single call to get them to replace it for you.

The prebuilt rigs are tested before shipment but during the shipment something could break especially if some parts are really heavy (massive cpu air cooler). Although i dont think you will have such problems, but if you do, you can RMA it.
Also prebuilt rigs tend to have poor quality internals. So, while it might say it has SSD or 1600MHz ram they could be of poor quality for more profit.
Building a rig for yourself is the best choice overall. Spending 2-3hours for 1 week , you can pretty much learn everything you need to know about making a rig that matches 99% of your needs.
