according to what I see your ssd is using sata 2 speed instead of 3 even though it says 3 is supported. note where is say "USED TRANSFER RATE" 3.0GBS but it supports "Max transfer rate" of 6.0gbs.
look at your bios settings and see if that port speed can be changed as your currently being limited by the cable interface
I did see that your SSHD is running at the sata III speed. so something is just not configured right somewhere
