Preinstalled programs in secondary drive; usable? or not?

Hi, i recently changed out my primary Hardrive a 1TB Seagate Barracuda with a Kingston SSD. The seagate is now the secondary drive (still with the OS and all previous programs installed) and the SSD has a fresh copy of Windows 7 installed.

My question is, are the programs previously installed in the secondary drive usable? and how can i uninstall windows 7 from the secondary drive?

You have to re-install the applications.. If it was me, I'd just backup any data, and reformat the Drive.

Thank you both for the fast replies,
Issue is i have an internet bandwidth shared with 5 ppl. and i do not have the installers for most my applications and games.
Yes i did install 7 with the HDD disconnected as i only had one sata cable at the time.
