Look up the Mobo model and you will find the manual that describes each connection point. As I can't see what the other end of those wires in your hand wire to they can be for the Power Light, to the Fans, to anything else.

Honestly this is a very old system they don't make IDE drives for years now. I wouldn't bother my time with it, as hardware is only warrantied for 3 years from time it is sold, and IDE was MUCH older then that. The odds this even works is very low.

1st Stop bumping your post, this is not a SUPPORT FORUM just to service you. This is a volunteer based one to be kind to help other people out nothing more.

2nd The pic provided is SELF EXPLANATORY. The PSU Fan (this is a ancient mobo) would be a three hole female power plug that would need to be inserted in that point. The same for the System Fan, which also would be a three hole female power plug.

You sure you have the right PSU for this ancient Mobo? You can't grab a new PSU, as the connections are majorily different then ancient IDE based Mobos, which I don't even know what Mobo maker / model this is to have even a clue on what CPU you need either
